1) New Clientele & Consultation

A consultation is recommended for all new clients to assess the condition of your nails, discuss any existing product currently on your nails, and determine the most suitable service for your needs. This ensures you receive the best treatment tailored to your nails.

​

For your first appointment, please add a gel, extension, or overlay removal if it was applied at another salon.

This ensures we schedule enough time for your service.

2) Appointments, fee & no-show

Making an appointment is highly recommended to ensure availability. ​
 

• Rescheduling: Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us offer your spot to another client waiting for an appointment.​

• Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. Repeated late arrivals may result in being unable to book future appointments.​

• Deposit & No-Show Policy: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your appointment and is refundable up to 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee, and no-shows will be charged the full service amount.
  This helps us honor everyone’s time with care and fairness.

3) Gel Polish & Extensions

• We understands that accidents happen. If your gel polish chips or your overlay/extension breaks due to an application issue, We sincerely apologize. We offer up to two complimentary fixes within a reasonable time frame.

• After the second complimentary fix, a repair fee of $10+ will apply.

• Please note: Regular (non-gel) polish is not guaranteed for longevity.
   

4) Stamp Card

Earn a stamp with each visits!

• Please bring your stamp card with you at the time of your appointment to track your visits.

• The card is valid for up to 10 visits.

• On the 10th visit, you will receive $20 off your next service as a thank you!

5) Birthday Discount

Celebrate your birthday with a little treat from us!

On your birthday, you can choose one of the following:

• $10 off your service, or

• Two free basic-level nail designs (On each hand).

Valid only during your birthday month. Proof of Birthdate may be required.

6) High-Quality Products

We only use high-quality products to ensure the best results, care and longevity for your nails.

​

7) Sanitation & Sterilization

Your safety is our top priority. All tools are properly sanitized and sterilized after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment.

8) Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all clients, We reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances:

• Heath condition that may affect the safety of the service.

• Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

• Discrimination of any kind.

​9) Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your service, We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will offer an adjustment or re-do within a reasonable timeframe. Please notify us within 72 hours of your original appointment to arrange any corrections.

10) Health & Safety

• If you are sick (coughing, fever, etc.), please reschedule.​

• Same applies if you notice nail infection or issues- better to reschedule than risk it!

​

11) Nail Art & Changes

• Major design changes (outside of what was booked) might not be accommodated last minute.​

• Bringing inspo is welcome, but remember: replications aren't always exact.

12) Removal Policy​

Removal of products applied at another salon will incur an additional charge.

• Gel Polish Removal: $15

• Extension/Overlay Removal: $20

• This ensures proper care and preparation for your natural nails before your Barepolish service​

13) Membership

​

Barepolish memberships are designed to reward our loyal clients with exclusive perks and special savings.

• Stamp cards / loyalty cards are excluded from all membership discounts and rewards.

• Appointments must follow our standard booking and cancellation policies.

• Membership discounts apply to regularly priced services only.

• Add-on services, including intermediate or advanced nail designs not included in the membership package, must be paid for separately.

• ​Please schedule enough time for your appointment if requesting add-ons or higher-level designs.

• Barepolish reserves the right to update or modify membership benefits with notice.

14) Mobile & Event

​

Booking & Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your Barepolish Mobile appointment or event. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

​

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of service.

​

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Individual mobile appointments:
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your appointment are eligible for a deposit refund or one-time transfer to a new date.

​

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

​

Group & event bookings:
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event are eligible for a deposit refund or one-time transfer to a new date.

​

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event or no-shows will forfeit the deposit.

​

Group Bookings

For bachelorette parties, bridal parties, and other events, please provide the final guest count and requested services in advance.

Additional guests may not be accommodated on the day of the event.

​

Arrival & Timing

Please have all guests ready at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service so we can stay on schedule.

​

Additional time requested beyond the scheduled booking may be subject to an additional fee.

​

Location & Travel

Barepolish Mobile is available at homes, hotels, vacation rentals, and approved event locations throughout Scottsdale and surrounding areas.

​

A travel fee may apply depending on location and will be included in your quote.

​

Please provide any parking, gate, elevator, or access instructions before your appointment.

​

Existing Product

Please let us know if you currently have gel, Gel-X, acrylic, builder gel, or another product on your nails. Additional time or fees may apply for removal.

​

Nail Art

Custom or detailed nail art may be available as an add-on. For group events, nail-art requests should be selected in advance to keep the event running smoothly.

​

Sanitation

Your safety is important to us. Barepolish follows professional sanitation and disinfection procedures for every service.

​

Photos & Content

We may ask to photograph or film your nails or event for Barepolish marketing and social media. We will always ask for permission before posting identifiable photos or videos of you or your guests.

​

Gratuity

Gratuity is not required but always appreciated and may be given directly to your nail technician.
