Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Bookings

• Appointments must be booked online or through an approved communication channel (e.g., phone, WhatsApp, or email).

• A confirmation email or message will be sent once your appointment is secured.

• Clients must arrive on time. Tardiness beyond 10 minutes may result in a shortened service or cancellation.

Payments

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

• Gratuities are appreciated but not required.

 

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be charged a fee or require a deposit for future bookings.

Refund Policy

• All services are non-refundable.

• If you are not satisfied with your service, we will offer a complimentary adjustment or re-do within 72 hours of your original appointment.

• You must contact us within that timeframe to arrange a correction.

Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any nail infections, skin conditions, or medical issues before services begin.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if any health risk is identified.

• Our tools and space are thoroughly sanitized before and after every client.

Minors

• Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for any service.

• Certain treatments may not be available for minors.

Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately, arrives under the influence, or poses a health or safety risk.

Changes to Terms

• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any revised policies.
