Cancellation Policy

Disclaimer: This is a No Rush Zone. We prioritize quality and relaxation in every service. Please allow ample time to fully unwind and enjoy your experience. 1) New Clientele & Consultation A consultation is required for all new clients to assess the condition of your nails, discuss what is currently on your nails, and determine the best service for your needs. This ensures you get the most suitable treatment for your nails. 2) Appointments & Deposits Making an appointment is highly recommended to ensure availability. A deposit is required for all services to reserve your spot. Please note: Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge taken from your deposit. You have 24 hours to inform us if you need to reschedule or cancel. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients. 3) Gel Polish & Extensions Gel Polish Chips & Overlay/Extension Breakage: We understand accidents happen. If your gel polish chips or your overlay/extension breaks due to my fault, I apologize. There will be no charge up to two times for fixes. After the second fix, a fee of $10+ will apply. Regular polish is not guaranteed for longevity. 4) Stamp Card Your stamp card must be present at the time of your visit to track how many visits you’ve had. The card is valid for up to 10 visits. On 10 visits, you will receive $20 off your next service. 5) Birthday Discount I love celebrating your special day! On your birthday, you can choose between: $10 off your service, or 2 free basic-level designs on each hand. 6) High-Quality Products We only use high-quality products to ensure the best results and care for your nails. 7) Sanitation & Sterilization All tools are properly sanitized and sterilized after each use to maintain a clean and safe environment. 8) Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service under the following circumstances: Health issues that may compromise the safety of the service. Inappropriate behavior. Discrimination of any kind. 9) Refund Policy I do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your service, I will gladly offer an adjustment or re-do to ensure you are completely satisfied.
